Ndzinge replaces Seretse as Kgori Capital managing director

The embattled Kgori Capital said it has appointed Alphonse Ndzinge as its managing director with immediate effect.

 Kgori’s Chairman, Tebogo Naledi, on behalf of the board stated, “We are very pleased with the appointment of Ndzinge as Managing Director.  Ndzinge is a Founding Partner and Executive Director of Kgori Capital. His current leadership responsibilities include serving on the Board of Kgori Capital as an Executive Director, participation in the various sub-committees of the Board as well as the Management Committee (MANCO) of Kgori Capital since inception of the firm in 2012. Since inception, Ndzinge has been Chief Investment Officer of Kgori Capital and has developed and overseen all aspects of the firm’s investment management function. Ndzinge will continue to oversee the investment management process with the support of senior members of the investment team without compromising Kgori’s promise of providing excellent investment outcomes for our clients.

 Ndzinge has 14 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to co-Founding Kgori, Ndzinge held the position of Portfolio Manager at Investec Asset Management. Ndzinge is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder. He holds a Bachelor of Business degree in Finance and Management Information Systems (Summa Cum Laude) from The Richard J. Fox School of Business and Management, Temple University in the United States of America.
